Submitting an event

If you have an event you want on our calendar, please send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . We will try to add the event to our calendar as soon as possible.

Adding an event to your profile list

On the event detail view, you will see a link labeled "add to my list." If you click on that link, you will be registered as an attendee of that event. Your profile thumb will appear at the bottom of the event along with everyone else who is also registered. This way you can quick;y chat with other members who are attending the same event.

To remove yourself from the event, just click the "Remove from my list" link.

On the profile page, you will see a tab which will list all the events that the user is registered for.

Navigation

Summary

This displays all the events for the remainder of the current year. They are displayed in a list format, and are color coded by region. Click on an event name to view the event, or click on the category (location) to see all events related to that category.

Month

This shows the current month of events in a calendar layout. Click on the month arrows to navigate to other months. The same color coding applies to this view. Hover your mouse over an event and additional information will display.

Week

This shows the current week of events in a modified list layout. Click on the arrows to navigate through the weeks. The same color coding applies to this view. Click on an event name to view the event, or click on the category (location) to see all events related to that category.

Today

This shows the current days events in a modified list layout similar to the week layout. Click on the arrows to navigate through the days. The same color coding applies to this view. Click on an event name to view the event, or click on the category (location) to see all events related to that category.

Location

This view is so that you can filter through events based on their category. All events are categorized by location, so you can filter through a hierarchy of locations from country all the way down to city.

Search

The search page lets you search event titles and category titles. If you want to search on the content text of the event, use the standard search feature.
